Refund and Returns Policy

We accept returns within 72 hours of delivery, ONLY if the product is still in its original packaging along with its protective plastic.

Used, personalised or modified products are not eligible for return.

We provide a 1-year warranty covering movement failure only for all watches.

For exchange/return, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
